Welcome to Shuchi Salon. By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and health regulations to ensure a safe and fair experience for all clients.

1. Appointments

  • Bookings: A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
  • Cancellations:
    • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
    • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
  • Punctuality: Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, subject to availability.

2. Service Satisfaction

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will offer a complimentary correction where appropriate.
  • Refunds are only considered if the service provided does not meet the guaranteed quality under ACL standards, and no reasonable solution can be provided.

3. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns before a service.
  • We adhere to strict hygiene practices and use sterilized tools and professional-grade products.
  • We reserve the right to decline a service if it may pose a health risk to the client or staff.

4. Products

  • Products sold are non-refundable unless they are faulty or do not perform as advertised, in line with ACL.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

5. Promotions & Gift Vouchers

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
  • Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of payment and are non-refundable or transferable. Expiry dates comply with Australian Consumer Law (minimum three years).

6. Liability

  • Shuchi Salon will not be held liable for any adverse reactions caused by products or treatments if full disclosure of health conditions was not provided.
  • We recommend conducting patch tests where applicable.

7. Privacy

  • We value your privacy and comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Personal information is used solely for appointment management and salon communications.

8. Changes to Terms

  • Shuchi Salon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or available in-salon.
