At Shuchi Salon, we strive to provide the highest quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand there may be situations where you feel a refund is necessary. Please review our policy below:

  1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

    • If you are unhappy with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to inform us immediately or within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns, including offering a complimentary touch-up or correction.
    • Refunds are only considered if the issue cannot be resolved with a follow-up service.
  2. Non-Refundable Services

    • Services that have been completed as requested are non-refundable.
    • Refunds are not applicable if dissatisfaction arises due to a change of mind or a preference for a different service.
  3. Product Refunds

    • Products purchased in-salon may only be refunded if they are unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
  4. Special Promotions or Packages

    • Refunds for promotional services or packages are not available but may be eligible for partial credit under exceptional circumstances.
  5. Refund Process

    • Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment or as a salon credit.
    • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing if approved.
