Service Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are unhappy with the outcome of a service, we encourage you to inform us immediately or within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns, including offering a complimentary touch-up or correction.
- Refunds are only considered if the issue cannot be resolved with a follow-up service.

Non-Refundable Services
- Services that have been completed as requested are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable if dissatisfaction arises due to a change of mind or a preference for a different service.

Product Refunds
- Products purchased in-salon may only be refunded if they are unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Special Promotions or Packages
- Refunds for promotional services or packages are not available but may be eligible for partial credit under exceptional circumstances.
